We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.


📅 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to open a return ticket. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns.


Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Tags still attached

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


🚫 Final Sale Items — No Returns or Refunds

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • All sale items
  • Hats, jewelry, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Please review all details carefully before purchasing these items.


📬 Return Shipping

  • Our mistake (wrong or damaged item): We've got you! We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Please reach out within your 14-day window and we'll make it right.
  • Exchanges & change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

⏱️ Processing Time

Once we receive your return, we do our best to process it within 24–48 hours.


💸 Refunds

Because shipping costs are paid directly to our carriers at the time of your order, they are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, including returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to work with you to make your experience as smooth as possible!
